WSRC wishes to determine public interest in a Root Cause Analysis Training System that provides training in investigating and categorizing the root cause of occurrences/accidents. The Root Cause Analysis Training System is an easy to use integrated training package that includes practical exercises for hands-on experience in root cause analysis. WSRC is seeking parties interested in licensing this training system, to include exclusive licensing, and selling it as a commercial product.
