LeBlanc, 508-895-0019 Contractor will review VA provided documents regarding the plan for integrating the Boston(Jamaica Plain) and West Roxbury facilities. The contractor will be required to review and evaluate the process conceived to plan and implement the consolidation; develop staffing requirement in concert with Clinical Service chiefs for Integration based on workload projections for the integrated facilities; develop staffing requirements in concert with acting Administrative Chiefs for Integration based on efficiencies to be achieved between administrative support activities at both facilities; work with project manager to outline a detailed planning process to include time-limited tasks, goals and expectation; throughout the planning process provide data collection and analysis expertise related to staffing and productivity benchmarks employed by leading integrated healthcare systems that are recognized for their quality of care and efficiency; assist management in obtaining stakeholder support by providing experience-based advice regarding effective interactions with constituents who may be supportive, resistant, actively oppositional, etc. The term of the contract will be for one hundred eighty (180) days.
