The scope of work is to develop and prepare complete drawings, specifications, basis for design calculations, cost estimates, and other incidental work. The actual construction work is to be performed by the center's students as a vocational skills training project. A mandatory pre-bid walk through and tour of the center dormitories will be held on April 15, 1999 at 1:30 P.M. This meeting will include talking to the vocational Instructors, the Center DIrector, and other personnel as designated by the Center Director. No bids will be accepted unless a company reresenative has made this meeting. The closing date for bids is 4:30 P.M. April 23, 1999. Any bids received after that date will be considered non-compliant and will not be considered. The successful bidder will be notified on or before April 30, 1999.
