commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart
12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this
notice. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has a requirement for
a contractor's SF-224 database management system (DBMS) that
accumulates and bulk transmits SF-224s (Statement of Transactions) to
the Department of the Treasury. General Dynamics Information Systems,
Inc. has customized its SF-224 DBMS to meet the specific requirements
of EPA. It provides EPA with a system that generates tailored reports
based on the agency's internal records. These reports, which are vital
to EPA's cash reconciliation process, include the Monthly Worksheet
for SF-133, Outlay Report by Appropriation, Triadic Reconciliation
Report, and EPA TFS 6653 Review Report. Therefore, EPA plans to award
a follow-on contract to General Dynamics Information Systems, Inc. This
notice is the only solicitation, and a written solicitation document
willnot be issued. This solicitation entitled "Time Sharing Services --
SF224" is a request for quote (RFQ). This RFQ has the following line

7374. Required commencement date of the time-sharing services is
