The solicitation is not being cancelled, however there are 4 changes being made: a)The solicitation number is changed from N47408-99-R-3911 to N47408-99-R-3925; b)The due date for receipt of proposals is changed from April 30, 1999 to an indefinite date; c)The anticipated date that the solicitation will be issued is changed from "on or about 31 March 1999" to "on or about April 30, 1999;" and d)See Note (4) is added.
