Services required include furnishing all materials and perform all labor necessary to analyze ground water, conduct soil sampling and testing, and documentation, in accordance with Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. The proposed contractor will ensure all work performed, process of work, and disposal of materials removed complies with all applicable Federal, State and Local environmental rules, regulations, and codes. All necessary, related paperwork will be completed by the proposed contractor, and copies of the same to be furnished to FCI Oxford. Services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons Scope of Work dated February 16, 1999. Performance work hours will be Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding Federal Holidays. Duration of the contract period is 365 calendar days from issuance of the notification toproceed. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract under this Request for Quotation based on price alone. The estimated solicitation issue date is on or about April 17, 1999.
