The requirement includes performance of troubleshooting, repair, Preventive Maintenance Inspections, installation, and removal of commercial radio communications equipment. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued as a competitive 100% Small Business set-aside. Award of a contract will be made to the responsive, responsible offer whose proposal offers the best value to the government. Best value will be determined based on an integrated assessment of each proposal in terms of price, technical experience, and past performance. There is no geographical restriction. Duration of the contract will be one (1) basic and four (4) option years not to exceed five (5) years.
