DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall provide all personnel,
equipment, tools, materials not funded by the government, supervision,
and other items and services necessary to perform operations
(scheduled and unscheduled) and maintenance of one (1) Target Retrieval
Boat (TRB) and two (2) Seaborne Powered Target (SEPTAR) boats and
associated equipment as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) except
as specified in Section C-3 as Government Furnished Property and
services at Kadena Air base, Navy White Beach Port Facility, Naha
Military Port and associated waters surrounding Okinawa, Japan to
include the South China Sea, Philippine Sea and the Sea of Japan. The
contractor shall perform to the standards of the contract. The
estimated quantities of work are listed in Attachment 1, Workload
Estimates. The Government will direct operations of the TRB, SEPTAR
Boats, and associated equipment through Commander, Fleet Activities
Okinawa (CFAO). Direction will include: maintenance procedures,
underway standard operating procedures, scheduling, mission
configuration, and mission parameters Please download the attached
