The requirement is hardware engineering and installation services in support of testing computer programs for Combat System (CS) applications and specific (CS) projects for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Divsion, San Diego, CA. Services will include document development/revision, program management and quality control for the design, modification, installation and documentation of hardware Combat Weapon Systems. Work will be performed in San Diego at the contractor's facility and at PHD San Diego site. The proposed contract will have a base year with three (3) one year options. The level of effort is estimated at 26,560 manhours per year. The anticipated award date is 1 October 1999. The type of contract will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity. Current U.S. SECRET and appropriate facility clearance are required.
