Proposals are being solicited for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for one year with four option years for the demolition and material removal of buildings, including residential units. Some buildings may include asbestos materials and lead paint. This includes abandonment of domestic water and septic systems, removal of driveways and other improvements. Contractor is responsible for site restoration. The totals of work per year will not exceed $100,000.00 and each task order will not exceed $50,000. The awardee(s) will be guaranteed $5000.00 over the life of the contract. This contract is subject to Service Contract Act. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards.
