The U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration (DOL/ETA) is soliciting proposals to obtain the services of a contractor to provide on-going property management support to Job Corps Regional Offices and Job Corps Centers using the Electronic Property Management System (EPMS) inventory tracking system. The period of performance for the prospective award will be twelve (12) months, from the date of contract execution, plus four 1-year options to extend at the government's discretion. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The SIC Code is 8744 and the Size Standard is $5 million. Request for proposals will be available on our Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration's Internet Home Page at http://www.doleta.gov, approximately 15 days from the date of publication. Requests for proposals in hard copy form will also be available upon written request, only on a first come, first-served basis, until the supply is exhausted. Telephone requests will not be honored. For requests made after the supply is exhausted, the Contracting Officer may determine whether payment of a fee is warranted. The fee will not exceed the actual cost of duplication of the solicitation documents. Closing date for receipt of proposals will be June 22, 1999, at 2:00 p.m. local time. Requests for proposals must cite RFP-DCS-99-34 and must include two self addressed labels. Failure to enclose labels may cause delay in receipt of the solicitation. No collect calls will be accepted. A pre-proposal conference with prospective offerors will be held to explain or clarify the requirement two weeks after the solicitation has been issued.
