The National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, is soliciting proposals for publication design and production-ready digital production services. Work requires conceptual designs, and/or digital layout production-ready technical service, labor, materials, facilities and miscellaneous production tasks for National Park Service brochures or book publications. Work requirements may include several phases including preliminary conceptual roughs, revisions, incorporation of final graphic data from other sources, some PhotoShop manipulation, digital compositing using Illustrator data and PhotoShop techniques, and complete production-ready digital layouts for an entire project or for partial aspects of design and/or production. The Government anticipates award of two Indefinite Quantity Fixed-Priced contracts. These contracts will be negotiated for one year with priced options for two additional years. Contracts will be awarded with a minimum guarantee of $2,000 and a maximum workload limit of $60,000 for task orders issued during each 12-month period.
