This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to develop a National database of the primary care workforce and recommend steps needed to link it to a geographical information system. The contractor shall: develop a plan for designing and implementing the primary care relational database; build the relational database; develop a user manual for the database; and prepare a draft and final report of the project. The Dartmouth Medical School, The Center for the Evaluative Clinical Sciences is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services.
