DESC: This is Sources Sought Synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government is considering an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with possible multiple award or Requirements type of contract. The solicitation, F05604-99-R7002 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Standard Industrial Classification Number is 4783 and the Business Size Standard is $18.5M. The proposed contract is contemplated as 100% Small Business (SB) Set-Aside and all interested parties included those in the HUB Zone and 8A Programs should submit capability statements. NON-PERSONAL SERVICES: The contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials necessary to provide, packing, containerization, and local drayage of personal property shipments for military and civilian personnel as scheduled by the Joint Personal Property Shipment Office (JPPSO) Colorado Springs, CO.
