Furnish and install light gage metal trusses, bearing plates, gable wall and end trusses, oriented stand board sheathing, metal roof membrane, gutters, downspouts, splash blocks, HVAC concrete pads and miscellaneous repairs of gypsum board ceiling, exterior insulation finish system and ceiling and wall painting. Selective demolition of HVAC units, duct work and piping. Furnish and install new HVAC units at ground level. Relocate exhaust fans, flue duct, vents and pipes above new roof membrane. Provide electrical power for relocation of HVAC units. Relocate electrical/special systems as required to accommodate new roof design. This solicitation is issued unrestricted.
