required for the removal and disposal of topsoil, sub-grade, esisting
concrete walk, trees, and relocation of waterline from the area to
receive concrete floor slab. New work shall consist of preparation and
compaction of sub-grade, excavation, backfill and bedding for new
underground utilities(includes water main,m fire protection, sanitary
sewer, and storm drainage), and concrete sidewalks. The approximately
1,700 square foot facility will be constructed of: reinforced masonry
bearing walls; exterior brick veneer; single-ply roofing membrane over
structural metal deck and insulation supported on open web steel
joints, interior wall finish will be paint over sealed concrete block,
flooring will be sealed concrete resistant to chemicals and vinyl
composite tile in office/toilet rooms; and wall foundations will
consist of reinforced concrete strip footings. Mechanically, this
facility will be heated, ventilated, and air conditioned(office area
only). Plumbing systems include hydraulically designed automatic
sprinklers covering entire building and standard portable fire
extinguishers rated for flammable liquids. Electrical service to
include: a demand/usage KW meter, 200 A, 120/208V, 3 phase, 4W
distribution panel in mechanical room; fire alarm system consisting of
fire alarm panel, smoke or heat detectors throughout building,
horn/strobes warning devices, provisions for annunciation at base fire
alarm control center located in separate facility, battery powered
exit signs; ground fault interrupting and general purpose duplex
receptacles; telephone, data/communications and CCTV outlets; wall
mounted HID exterior lighting controlled by photocells; interior
explosion-proof and recessed flourscent lighting. Technical questions

Total estimate for this project is between $250,000.00 and
$500,000.00. The standard industrial classification (SIC) code is 1542.
The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no
more than $17 million average annual revenue for the previous three
years. This procurement is full and open competition but will be
subject to the SDB bonding evaluation preference procedures. The
solicitation package will be approximately $100.00 which is
non-refundable. Requests for packages will be through Key Blue Prints,
