The work includes but is not limited to the following: 1st, 2nd, 3rd levels, demolition of existing corridor ceilings, removal of existing floor finishes, wall finishes, and ceiling finishes. Removal of existing light fixtures, removal of existing counters and cabinet units. Removal of existing window treatment, removal of existing interior signage and existing government appointments. These areas include but are not limited to, bedrooms, lounge areas, game rooms, corridors, laundry room, telephone areas, office and storage areas. This project involves the installation of new suspended ceilings, new floor materials and finishes, new wall and ceiling materials, new light fixtures, new counter and cabinet work, new window treatment, new interior signage as well as the re-installation of existing fixtures and/or items removed during demolition/construction. This project includes replacement of existing water distribution lines within the facilities and supply lines to individual fixtures. Magnitude of this project is between $1 and $5 million dollars. This project is being funded as a lump sum bid. The SIC code for this project is 1522. All contractors must be registered in the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration database prior to any contract award. The solicitation will be unrestricted.
