Hopkins The work includes constructing reinforced concrete keel blocks. The blocks shall have oak timbers bolted to the top and bottom surfaces. The blocks contain embedded steel tubes, bent plate and bent bar stock for the purpose of rigging and transporting, and incidental related work. After completion of the keel blocks, they shall be delivered to a site within 5 miles of the designated construction site. Solicitation will be available on or about 27 April 1999. This solicitation will be available as a hard copy or in the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format on CD ROM. The free Acrobat Reader, required to view the PDF files, is provided on the CD or can be downloaded from the Adobe website. Drawings are additionally included in the generic TIF graphic format. A charge will be made for each solicitation package. The cost is $15.00 for each hard copy (which includes half-size drawings) or $12.50 for each CD. This price includes priority mail postage.
