The vendor shall furnish all personnel, equipment and supplies (other than the seeds) to grow 200,000 containerized wiregrass seedlings. Seeds will be planted not later than 1 June 1999. Government personnel will pick up the seedlings from the vendor in lots of 10,000-25,000 between 15 December 1999 and 1 March 2000. A full scope of work, performance work statement and specifications is applicable and can be provided upon request. This project is solicited as a 100 percent set-aside for small business.
