Advocacy is soliciting proposals for a research topic entitled "Small
Business Credit Card Market -- A Case Study". This study will examine
the use of credit cards by small firms, and their implications. Are
small firms using then to substitute for bank credit due to
convenience? Contractor may survey small firms, banks, or bank trade
associations. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on
or after April 23, 1999. The closing date for receipt of the proposal
will be on or after May 24, 1999. Copies of the solicitation will be
provided upon written request only. No telephone or fax request will be
honored. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. SIC 8732.
