Aerial detection of fires is the primary intent. This is a Request for Quotes requiring completion of a questionnaire covering technical capability and past performance; detailed technical proposals are not required. Award evaluation criteria include technical capability specific to pilot and aircraft certifications for FAR 135 and Forest Service standards and past performance history in addition to price.
