This is a modification to the synopsis for Maintenance and Repair of Hospital Communication Systems to include Nurse Call, Patient Televisions, Panic Buttons and Paging Systems located at Malcolm Grow Medical Center on Andrews AFB, MD. Services will consist of scheduled preventive maintenance, routine and emergency repair. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. SIC Code is 7629. The period of performance is for a basic 12 month period with four (4) option years for a possible total of five(5) years. The Government reserves the right to exercise the option. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation package will be posted on the Electronic Posting Systems (EPS) which can be accessed at www.eps.gov . The prospective offerors are responsible for obtaining the solicitation and all amendments off the EPS Webb page.
