The effort required shall include all labor and material to overhaul YC #1585, Fender Barge in accordance with the following specification and in accordance with specific paint requirements and MIL-Spec. 1. Remove haulout shift and lanch Fender Barge from Naval Station, Ingleside, Texas to Contractor's shipyard. 2. Remove and re-install rubber bumpers and replace all hardware using existing rubber bumpers. Sandblast barge to white metal. -Remove all void covers and gaskets and replace old void covers gaskets with new void covers gaskets. -Use antifoluling paint from bottom to top rubber bumper to bottom of barge. -Paint barge deck grey. -Paint remaining barge haze grey. 3. Resurface deck of barge with non-skid. Any marking that are removed from barge must be replaced (i.e.; water line marking numbers, etc.). Paint requirements are in accordance with the following: -Non skid MIL-C-24667 TY1 CP-G -2 coats of primer -2 coats of non-skid 4. Paint deckin accordance with MIL-E-24635 TY2, color 26008 Deck Grey -2 coats primer, 2 coats Deck Grey. Haze Grey in accordance with MIL-E-24635 TY2, color 26307 -2 coats primer, 2 coats Haze Grey Antifouling MIL-P-15931 TY2 CL2 (QPL Item) -2 coats primer and 2 coats antifouling.
