The work includes all labor, equipment and any travel and subsistence to and from the site to perform the work.Monthly Preventative Maintenance and service calls, by means of a firm fixed contract. Work to be performed on a Fire Detection and suppression System at the Naval Ambulatory Care Center as installed in March 1997. Located in Bldgs. 23 and 23A The work will be in accordance with National Fire Protection Assoc. and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations standards for maintenance, testing and inspection of Fire Detection and suppression systems.
