J -- REPAIR OF B1-B INDICATORS DUE 052199 POC For copy, OC-ALC/PKXDA TINKER AFB OK 73145-3015, For additional information contact John Pickle/Pkcc/[405]736-3191 In accordance with FAR 9.2 and Public Law 98.525 this synopsis constitutes notice that the Air Force has established Qualification Requirements (QR's) for the repair of the following items: Airspeed/MACH Indicator, NSN 6610-01-235-3510, PN 3969611-9002; Ground Speed/True Airspeed Indicator, NSN 6610-01-182-0089, PN 3969951-9001; Flight Parameter Indicator, NSN 6610-01-181-9935, PN 3968351-9001. The Airspeed/MACH Indicator displays aircraft airspeed and MACH number as calculated by the Central Air Data Computer. The Ground Speed/True Airspeed Indicator provides the pilot with a representation of the aircraft's ground speed and true airspeed. The Flight Parameter Indicator provides the pilot with a representation of the aircraft's altitude and airspeed. This is not an RFP. No solicitation document exists. The Air Force does not possess data necessary for above repair.
