The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is seeking to place purchase order(s) for REVIEWS of Rent Comparability Studies (RCS), utilizing form HUD-92273 in connection with the renewal of Section 8 project-based contracts for HUD's Jacksonville Area Office (this is not a request for Apraisal Services, only for REVIEWS). The geographical areas covered by this solicitation are still for the entire states of Florida, Alabama and Mississippi. THE FOLLOWING CHANGE APPLIES TO THE FLORIDA GEOGRAPHICAL AREA ONLY: THE QUOTERS MAY, IF THEY CHOOSE, SUBMIT SEPARATE QUOTES TO DO THESE REVIEWS FOR ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING GEOGRAPHIC AREAS: PANHANDLE, JACKSONVILLE, CENTRAL FLORIDA AND SOUTHERN FLORIDA (THE COUNTIES COVERED WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE AMENDED RFQ). On page 2 of the RFQ dated January 26, 1999, Items f.2. and 4., change "Appraisal Reviews of Rent Comparability Studies" to read: REVIEWSOF RENT COMPARABILITY STUDIES. On Standard Form 18, Item 11, change "Appraisal Reviews of Rent Comparability Studies" to read: REVIEWS OF RENT COMPARABILITY STUDIES. In the Statement of Work: Item C-5, C., page 5, change "State Certified General Appraiser" to read: STATE CERTIFIED APPRAISER LICENSED IN THE STATES TO BE COVERED (FLORIDA, ALABAMA AND MISSISSIPPI). Multiple awards may be made as a result of this RFQ. The amended RFQ will be issued on or about April 9, 1999 with a due date of no later than April 20, 1999. This is a small business set-aside.
