Provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor and supervision necessary to perform grounds maintenance services at Moody Air Force Base, GA. Services include but are not limited to grass mowing, tree removal/ trimming, landscaping and entomology. Contractor shall maintain grounds at designated areas on and off Moody AFB. The solicitation number for this procurement is F09607-99-R0008 and is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). This solicitation is a 100% Small Businesses set-aside. The Standard Industry Classification (SIC) is 0782. The small business size standard is $5m. The contract will be for a basic period of one year with up to six options. The total contract will not exceed 7 years. This will be a Best Value Source Selection in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 15. The evaluation factors will be past performance, quality control plan and price. The Solicitation will be issued on-or-about 5 May 99.
