The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, disposal, landscaping, and supervision required to perform ground and landscaping maintenance services (excluding grass cutting) to include fertilization, limestone, seeding, tree/shrub pruning, mulch, edging, weeding, weed control, pesticides, bedding, ect (irrigation systems are in place). The contractor shall maintain approximately 40 acres surrounding a total of 19 buildings located in different areas on the installation to include the planted beds.
