SOL DAAH01-99-R-0271 (draft) POC Charlotte Masucci, Contracting Officer, (256)876-7769 or Marsha Skelton, Contract Specialist, (256) 876-6590 This amendment is issued to include the requirement that competition be restricted to U.S. wholly owned firms possessing or eligible to obtain a valid U.S. facility security clearance at the SECRET level. Proof is required for verification. Prime contractors need to provide their CAGE Code, Clearance, and Storage Capability. Prime contractors must also provide a copy of their Munitions License if they plan to manufacture in a foreign country. Firms interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact the prime contractors directly. Foreign Entities must submit an official request for the releasable portion of the draft RFP through their Embassy to Headquarters, Department of the Army.
