Purpose of the procurement is to use air dispersion modeling to predict ambient concentrations of selected air pollutants emitted by five (5) industrial sources in the Greenup Industrial Cluster. The sources will submit a monthly report of their daily actual emissions, including upset data, for the one (1) year data reporting period, January 1, 1999 through January 31, 2000. You shall perform the following tasks in accordance with the Statement of Work: 1.) Obtain modeling tools and data; 2.) Prepare metorological inputs; 3.) Daily actual emissions modeling; and 4.) Maximum emissions modeling. You will provide CALPUFF modeling of both the daily actual and maximum emissions from the five Greenup Industrial Cluster facilities. You will provide detailed explanations of the procedures used in the modeling, and provide tables and graphical displays of the modeling results in the final report for this contract.
