The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for services to convert
financial data on storage cartridges to CD-Rom format on a monthly
basis. Completed CD-Rom's shall be deilverd to Reclamation within 3
work days from receipt of FFS computer cartridge tapes. In formatting
the report files, the contractor shall produce reports that are
accessible with the Alchemy Search software (at a minimum version 2.52)
which provides the user with comprehensive search and retrieval
capabilities for data elements contained in the financial reports
generated from Federal Financial System. The monthly data shall be
stacked (i.e. each new month's activity is shown as well as each
previous month's activity) so that the search and retrieval features
apply to single and multiple sessions (a session is one month's
completed activity) . The capability shall exist to search through
multiple sessions without the need to retrieve one session at a time.
Reports shall also have region sensitivity/security so that financial
reports can be accessed only by the respective regional offices.
Reclamation may require multiple report processing during certain
months. The contractor will be expected to provide the additional
monthly processing with the same turnaround time requirements as in the
normal monthly processing. This acquisition will be accomplished using
sealed bidding, commercial item procedures. This action is totally
set-aside for small businesses. The Standard Industrial Classification
Code is 7379; the size standard is $18 million in average annual gross
revenue for the last 3 fiscal years. Interested parties may request a
