having the ability for providing a Comprehensive Sanction Center
facility for male and female Federal offenders. Those interested shall
give written notification (including telephone number and a point of
contact) to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice. Services
required include care, custody, control, accountability and treatment,
to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the
expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions and dental treatment. The
services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons
Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in the
Concord/Manchester, New Hampshire areas. Estimated number of inmate
days are 11,000 (8,700 male and 2,300 female) for the base period, and
5,500 inmate days for the option year number one, 5,500 inmate days
for option year number two and 5,500 inmate days for option year number
three. Estimated issue date is on or about May 4, 1999. Estimated
closing date is July 6, 1999.. Contract base period is two years with
three one year options, to renew. A firm-fixed price requirements type
contract is anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal
which will be considered by this agency. No collect calls will be
