The proposed purchase order shall be for a period of one (1) year. The purpose of the procurement is to provide electronic media services in an effort to acheive the Bureau of Primary Heatlh Care's goal of providing America's underserved poulation with 100% health care and to eliminate disparities in health care. The contractor shall provide engineering analysis, planning and integration for telecommunications equipment and elcectronic media facilities; provide regular maintenance of analog/digital video production and post-production equipment; provide linear and non-linear video editing services, technical and director services; integrate and/or coordinate various electronic media, mediums and communication systems involved in the dissemination of information.
