E-MAIL: mark_nesvig@nps.gov, mark_nesvig@nps.gov. 1.The proposed contract(s) is to provide Building Cleaning Services for Campground Comfort Stations, Visitor Center Comfort Stations, Vault Toilets,and parking lot litter pickup at seven (7) separate locations within Olympic National Park. These services shall be performed seven (7) days a week including holidays. Period of performance is May through September of each year. The Base Year will be from (Date of Award) through September 1999. Four additional option year awards are subject to successful contract performance and Availability of Funds for each year. Bid packet includes Bid Schedules for Base Year and four (4) Option Years. All five (5) Bid Schedules (Base Year plus Option Years) must be filled out and returned with your bid. Failure to quote on all five Bid Schedules will make your Bid Non-Responsive and your offer will not be considered. There are seven (7) separate Bid Schedules (one for each individual location) and each Bid Schedule will be awarded separately to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The low bidder will be determined by adding up the total amount for each Bid Schedule (all five years). 2. Please note that the seven Bid Schedules represent seven (7) different locations within Olympic National Park. Driving time between these individual areas ranges from approximately one hour to several hours (3 or more)depending upon highway driving conditions. 3.
