Plains, dcellan@gp.usbr.gov. The Bureau of Reclamation announces its
intention to negotiate an indefinite quantity contract for the
procurement of professional aerial photography, mapping, and related
services for the Great Plains Region. These services are to be provided
on a firm-fixed price task order basis in the states of Montana, North
Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Nebraska, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma,
and Texas. The contract will be negotiated in accordance with the
Federal Acquisition Regulations, Part 35 as implemented by Departmental
and Agency regulations and directives. The performance period will be
for one year beginning on the date of an award with three prepriced
optional years. The options may be exercised solely at the discretion
of the Government without further competition. The cumulative orders
over the life of the contract may not exceed $1,000,000. Principal
items of the aerial photograpy, mapping and related services are as
follows: 1. Perform services under individual fixed price task order in
any ofthe above referenced disciplines in any of the specified states.
2. The maximum order limitation for any task order placed under this
contract is $100,000.00, with cumulative orders over the life of the
contract not to exceed $1,000,000.00. 3. The minimum order that the
primary contractor to accept is $2,500.00. Competent firms suitably
staffed to perform the required services are invited to submit five
copies of an up-to-dat Standard Form 254, U.S. Government
Archetect-Engineer Questionnaire and Standard Form 255,
Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire for Specific
Project to the above address. Your Standard Form 254 must be received
by the above office by 3:00 p.m., May 11, 1999. Submittals will be
evaluated on the following criteria listed in descending order of
importance: 1. Professional qualifications including education, work
experience, and registration status of personnel. 2. Knowledge of
engineering design data requirements. 3. Names of business/agency,
phone number, and contact person of past contracts with the Government
and private industry which can be used as references. Also include a
short description of the variety and type of work performed with each
reference, and the form/type in which the work was submitted. 4.
Provide a flow chart of the company organization structure and support
facilities, along with the name and title of individuals within each
division/group. Include a description of the capabilities of your
equipment as it relates to aerial photogrammetry. 5. Availability of
additional contractor personnel or consultants to support expansion or
acceleration of a project, along with a short description of their
capabilities and size or organization. 6. Geographical location of your
company as it pertains to the extent of the Great Plains Region. SMALL
