NMML requires one Turbine Goose, one Commander, and one Shrike aircraft each. One aircraft will be on Adak or Atka Islands, one aircraft on Adak, Shemya, or Attu Islands, and two aircraft required at Dutch Harbor, AK. All charters will originate and end at Dutch Harbor, Alaska. Estimated charter time for each plane not expected to exceed 50 hours. See Note 1, this is a small business set-aside. All bidders will be invited to bid on one or all of the charters; NOAA anticipates making multiple awards from this announcement/solicitation.
