Z -- REPLACE SEVEN CONTROLLERS ON EMCS SYSTEM SOL DABT19-99-Q-0032 POC Deborah K .Smith, (913) 684-1630, Contract Specialist; Nancy Carter, (913) 684-1633, Contracting Officer Work includes but is not limited to: furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials and performing all work to migrate the existing Energy Management and Control System (EMCS) from existing system controllers to government furnished equipment network control modular systems. Contractor shall disconnect and deliver to the Government the existing FID from each of the seven buildings involved. Each wall mounted control unit is connected to 110 volt, single phase power and telephone lines. Equipment to be provided is Johnson Controls, Inc. The contractor shall reconnect the 110 volt electrical and telephone lines to the Network Control Module and make the connection to the adjacent, 10 based T hub of the LAN. Network Control Modules shall be programmed with the points listed in the field address summary sheets for the FPUs. Program 60 additional FPUs Using government furnished computer print outs from past operations. The network connection with government provided IP addresses and default gateways between the NCMs shall be established. After the completion of the commissioning, the contractor will demonstrate and provide a computer print out of field addresses and sequence of operation for each FPU system programmed into the Network Control Modules. Government-owned electric power and other utilities are available for use. This will be a firm fixed-price contract. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The project is unrestricted. The standard industrial code for this acquisition is 1731. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, is average sales or receipts for the three preceding fiscal years, not to exceed $7 million.
