The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Tennessee (USPFO for TN) has a requirement to Repair/Maintain Hangar, Bldg 113, for the Tennessee Air Natioal Guard (ANG) at McGhee Tyson ANG Base, TN, located next to McGhee Tyson Airport, Knoxville, TN. Contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals, as required by the contract specifications and drawings, to repair and maintain hangar, bldg. 113. Work shall include the following: 1) painting of exterior; 2) replacement of interior finishes including acoustical ceiling, flooring, wallboard, ceramic tile, and interior painting; 3) replacement of the facility electrical distribution system; 4) modification and repair of the facility plumbing system; and 5) other miscellaneous repairs. Estimated cost of the construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
