The work includes: Wood items: Fascias, soffits, wood windows, trim boards, door and frames, porches and their components, metal pipe handrails and alcove ceilings. Metal items include the steeple and its trim components. Install caulk (brick to wood frame) on Chapel Windows indicated on the drawings. Scrape, prime and paint handrails. Optional item: Install four new wood doors, using existing hardware. Note Lead-based paint removal and disposal regulations apply. Government-owned electric power and water systems are available for use, but backflow preventors shall be installed when Government water systems are used. This will be a firm fixed-price contract. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The project is unrestricted. The standard industrial code for this acquisition is 1721. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, is average sales or receipts for the three preceding fiscal years, not to exceed $7 million.
