Existing surrounding soil and steel plates are contamined with hazardous levels of lead and will require implementation of certified lead hazard work plans including but not limited to area containment, personnel protection, and sampling and monitoring. The work is located at the Small Arms Range of the USCG Integrated Support Command, Sand Island, Honolulu, Hawaii. All work shall be completed within 90 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is issued under and the resulting contract awarded under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (PL 100-656).
