This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice IS the solicitation document and no other written solicitation will be issued. All references to "offers" are understood to be "quotations". The US Coast Guard Aircraft Repair & Supply Center intends to issue a purchase order to Avionic Instruments using simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items for the purchase of (6 each), Box, Phase Lock P/N PLB-200-USCG-1541n NSN: 6130-01-428-6576 and (12 each) Power Static Inverters P/N 1B1000-1G, NSN: 6130-01-282-8020. This equipment is for USCG TCTO 924020/Inverter Upgrade Kit in support of the HU25 Falcon aircraft. The Standard Industrial Classification is 3629 and the small business size standard is 500 employees.This procurement is set aside for small businesses. All labeling shall be imprinted with the appropriate National Stock Number, Part Number, and Purchase Order number. Labeling data shall be attached to the outside of the shipping container. Inspection and acceptance to ensure items are in accordance with manufacturer specifications will be performed at destination.
