This solicitation is being issued on a "restricted" basis inviting full and open competition. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Naval Air Station (NAS) Key West, FL, requires the following aluminum sheds: Item 0001: Shed, Industrial Standard aluminum, color white, 16' Wide X 20' Long, to have roll up door, size 8' Wide X 7' High. Roll up door to be placed on one 16' side to the right. To have 1 EA 10' Ridge roof vent. Roof to have 1/2" plywood under roof (for support), sheds to have raised walls, and 16" on center floor joists. One overhead fluorescent light is required, and one electrical outlet/switch located inside on right hand side of roll up door, approximately 4' up from floor. Price to include assembly, delivery, escort charges, set up, and anchoring. To be anchored on 12" thick, 17' X 21' concrete slab (slab already in place). Hook up to electric is not required. Quantity: 2 EA. Delivery to Truman Annex, Building 439, Key West, FL 33040. Item 0002: Shed, Industrial standard aluminum, color white, 16' Wide X 20' Long. Shed to have standard aluminum room door, 42" W x 72" H, door to open in and to the left, to have lock, and to be placed on left side of front 20' wall. Roof to have 1/2" plywood under roof (for support), shed to have raised walls, and 16" on center floor joists. To have 22" X 36" slide open type window centered in 20' front wall. To have one overhead fluorescent light with switch to the right of the door, approximately 4' up from floor. To have one air conditioner hole, to fit a 230/208V, 12,000 BTU, dimensions of 14 1/2 H x 24 W x 18 5/8 D air conditioner. Hole will be on 16' left side rear, 5' from flooring with electrical outlet just below the a/c unit, 4' from floor. Electric outlet below window with four plug capability located on 20' front wall 12" from floor. Price to include assembly, delivery, escort charges, and anchoring. To be anchored on 12" thick 17' x 21' concrete slab (slab already in place). Hook up to electrical is not required. Quantity: 1 EA. Delivery time -- 30 days or sooner.
