Herting The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is interested in procuring consulting and technical services in support of an acquisition to procure banking and paying agent services. Tasks associated with this service include: Phase 1 -- development of PBGC's Paying Agent Requirements Report which documents the business requirements for paying agent services; Phase 2 -- development of the Statement of Work and Evaluation Criterion for the acquisition of banking and paying agent services; Phase 3 -- technical expertise in the evaluation of proposals and Phase 4 -- technical support in the transition between paying agents. The Base Period (Phase 1) of this contract will be for a period of date of award through September 30, 1999. Option 1 (Phase 2) will be from the date the Option is exercised through November 30, 1999. The period of performance for Option 2 (Phase 3) is estimated from February 1, 2000 through June 30, 2000 and Option 3 (Phase 4) from July 1, 2000 through January 31, 2001.
