The RFP has been slightly modified. It is being reissued in order to encourage a broader range of qualified applicants. A question and answer session for those interested in applying will be held on May 7, 1999 from 10am-12noon, U.S. Chesapeake Bay Program Office AFish Shack@ meeting room in Annapolis, MD.
