Firm-Fixed Price contract, the project provides a 441 square meter, Fuel Operations Building which includes two dispatch rooms, a ready room, fuels laboratory and electrical rooms; a 18 sq meter Vehicle Check Station which is a stand-alone structure with only one room; a 736 sq meter, Material Handling Equipment (MHE)/Refueler Vehicle Maintenance Facility, which includes high bay maintenance area, and mechanical and electrical rooms; demolition of an existing MOGAS facility which includes concrete paving, pump islands with a steel canopy, and two 11,370 liter tanks; a new MOGAS facility with 2-two pump islands with a steel canopy, two 37,900 liter above ground tanks with concrete containment pans, and new concrete pavement; concrete and asphalt refueler vehicle parking area and aprons; a vehicle wash rack with a canopy and a handheld wash wand and hose bib; POV parking and access drives; utilities; new chain link fencing; and site work. The plans and specifications will be placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through either 3.5" diskette, CD ROM, and/or the Internet. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of CD ROM and the Internet. However, the Government reserves the right to use only the Internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation.
