The purpose of this notice is to identify small business firms that have experience in performing the following: Requirement exists for up to two contractor-furnished, crewed and maintained aircraft, to be modified by contractor to be capable of supporting contractor-acquired and Government-furnished mission equipment used for high-powered radar jamming electronic warfare training services world-wide.
