Drydocking, underwater hull repairs and preservation, and A/C plant
upgrade. To qualify for an award under this solicitation, the offeror
must execute a current NAVSEA Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR). If not
previously done, adequate time must exist to allow proper assessment of
the contractor's data. The contractors' inspection will tentatively
take place at the U.S. Naval Amphibious Base, Little Creek, Norfolk,
Virginia on June 02, 1999. The tentative availability dates are August
13, 1999 through January 14, 2000 with work to take place at the
contractor's plant. The place of performance is unrestricted. This is
a best value procurement utilizing past performance as an evaluation
