The Navy requires repair of one electron tube, National Stock Number (NSN) 5960-01-005-8995 and repair of two master oscillators NSN 5960-01-174-5573. These are FMS assets and this will be a sole source procurement to Litton Systems, Inc, Williamsport, PA. The tubes shall be repaired to the documents of manufacture (for NSN's 5960-01-005-8995 that is Litton drawing 2887374-1 Rev AC and for NSN 5960-01-174-5573 that is Litton drawing 3232335-3 Rev H)to a ready for issue serviceable condition. The tube shall be tested in accordance with test specification the latest approved Acceptance test Procedure in the drawing. The master oscillators shall be tested in accordance with test specification 3232336 with inspection and accepted at origin. Quality assurance shall be in accordance with ISO 9001 standards. The contractor shall propose a delivery schedule for consideration by the Government. Delivery shall be FOB Origin with the tubes shipped to a designated freight forwarder via a collect commercial bill oflading. No formal request for quotation will be issued. The Total Small Business Set Aside is hereby dissolved in accordance with FAR 13.105. Large businesses and or foreign sources will be solicited and the award for this requirement shall be made on an unrestricted basis.
