This is the second Amendment to MLK 99-03 published 5 Apr 99 regarding the Silicon Carbide (SiC) Substrates program. The following clarification is provided: Section A.1. -- Statement of Objective/Needs, second paragraph, the first sentence should now read "The objective of this project is to establish viable, world class, domestic, merchant manufacturing capacities that are responsive to military and commercial customer requirements with respect to quality, price and delivery, for large diameter, electronic grade SiC substrates.
