D -- SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT LANIER VOICE WRITER SOFTWARE UPGRADE SOL 69d-275-99 DUE 042699 POC Diane Brazale, Contracting Officer, (414) 902-5403 The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends on negotiating a Sole Source Contract with Lanier Worldwide, Inc, Oakbrook Terrace IL to upgrade the existing Lanier dictation and transcription system located at the VA Hospital Hines IL. All equipment and software shall be completely installed, assembled and ready to use at the facility. Equipment shall be shipped F.O.B. Destination. To the Government's knowledge, Lanier Worldwide, Inc. is the only source that can provide this upgrade. Any responsible firm that believes that it has the capability to provide the above may request a copy of the RFQ. All responses will be considered.
